Batcho (Vasil) Imerlishvili was born on the 27th of October 1964, in Georgia. He's a Tbilisi native. He studied at the school of Mr. Sandro Khutsurauli's sculptural workshop, while also attending a public school in Tbilisi.
In 1985 he was enrolled in Tbilisi Ivane Javakhishvili Art Academy, Faculty of Visual Art and graduated in 1992 ...
He has participated in various art exhibitions. He worked closely with the NGO '' The Young Intellectuals''.
Currently, he is one of the few specialists in an ancient technology - precious metal thread and hot enamel drawing (Cloisonné Enamel).
In 2006, he emigrated to Ireland.
On July 26, 2017 he became a Tax Exempted Irish artist and on November 03, 2021 he is a professional member of the Irish visual artist ( VAI, ID number 13136) and an international association of arts (IAA).
To this day he lives and draws in Dublin, the last exhibition was in 2019 in RDS.
