1. Q: What are the gallery opening hours?
A: Monday to Sunday, 11 am - 6 pm.
2. Q: Is there a sale or discount day at the Green Gallery?
A: We do not have a sale or discount day at the gallery. If there is a painting you desire but you cannot afford it, you may email a request for a reduction. We will check with the artist to see if this might be possible.
3. Q: What is the process of buying paintings online?
A: You can order a piece of art directly on line by navigating to the painting you desire and clicking on ADD TO CART or BUY IT NOW{brings you directly to checkout)
Some of our items, especially prints, will have a drop down menu for different sizes. Please select this and make your choice.
4. Q: If i buy a painting in the Green Gallery, but I need mail service(shipping), can I pay half of deposit in advance?
A: Unfortunately we require full payment up front prior to shipping.
5. Q: When I buy a painting or print at the gallery or online, do I have to pay for the postage if i need them shipped abroad?
A: Yes. We can quote you at the gallery or If you order online there is an aoutmatic calculation. If you order a piece of art over €1,000 the shipping is free World Wide.
6. Q: Does the gallery supply a service to bring paintings to my home for selection on-site?
A: Yes we can offer this service to you. Depending on distance the date and time will vary. Our dedicated staff will be delighted to endeavor to assist you in selecting the right piece for your home.
7. Q: After purchasing a painting, may I leave it with the gallery if I cannot pick it up straight away?
A: Yes indeed you may. We will keep your artwork safely in storage for you until you are ready to collect.
8. Does the Green Gallery still accept new artists?
A: No, unfortunately we are not currently accepting new artists.
11. What is the gallery's return policy?
A: We accept certain returns, terms differ between online and in person purchases. Please reach out for clarification.
12. How long has the gallery been in business?
A: We have been operating for almost 30 years

13. Can I change the frame on a painting if I do not like it?
A: Yes, we can try to swap it with a similarly priced frame of your choice. If you have a specific frame in mind, the price may differ.
14. If a painting does not already have a frame can I get one added? How much extra will this cost?
A: Yes, we offer framing services. Prices will vary based on size and frame of choice.
15. Can I order a painting or frame in Green Gallery?
A: Yes, we offer shipping from in person orders as well as online ones.
